Pet Sitting Terms and Conditions

House visiting times are strictly by appointment, but please feel free to pop into the dog wash at anytime to speak to Richard and discuss the Pet Sitting arrangements further. All small pets must arrive in a secure pet carrier and dogs must arrive on a lead.
At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking. This will either be £5 per hutch or cage, or £15 per cat or dog. Full settlement of the outstanding account must be made on the day of arrival. Arrival and departure days will be charged as a full day. Cheques are to be made payable to Dirty Dogs.

Unfortunately small animals may pass away without warning. Dirty Dogs will do everything they can to make your pets last few hours as comfortable as possible. We are unable to keep pets once they have passed away, but we will take them to our vets and you can contact them at your wish. Any pet that becomes ill or needs a vets attention will be taken to our vets and any bills must be paid in full by you.
Any animals that are ill or look ill unfortunately will not be able to be accepted.
